Now this started off pretty bad as we were late and the class assistant was, how can I put this, having a bad week and taking it out on us. Actually the whole class. As we would say in Scotland she had a face like a pitbull licking pish off of a nettle :)
So we started the class and my first effort at a Sushi Roll was more like a fish taco as my wee class mate Catherine pointed out, between you and I she was right!
Catherine started out pretty well and was full of smiles and she was now turning it into a competition
We made 5 rolls in total and by the end, contrary to other publications I was the out and out winner!!
